• Prepare an Emergency Evacuation Plan (EEP) and submit to USCG

• Submit rig movement reports to BSEE & USCG

• Submit BOP notifications to BSEE

PRIOR TO DRILLING

DURING DRILLING

• Submit spud notifications to BSEE

• Monitor daily reports from rig

• Submit any permits for modifications, completions, sidetracks, bypasses, etc.

• Submit Weekly Activity Reports (WARs)

AFTER DRILLING

• Complete operation with End of Operation Report (EOR)
