During the development stage, KCA provides specialized support tailored to the complex and layered regulatory environment of the region.

• Prepare and submit the Development Operations Coordination Document (DOCD)

• Prepare and submit a Deep-Water Operations Plan (DWOP)

• Apply for production measurement, surface commingle, storage, and transportation permits

• Permit structure, pipeline, and facility safety system installations

• Assist in the preparation of a Conservation Information Document (CID)

• Enhanced oil recovery/waterflood project permits

• Submit as-built data for structure installations
